PowerHouse introduces a fundamentally new approach to residential architecture: a patented building system designed to generate 4 to 5 times more energy than an average home consumes through the integrated harvesting of wind and solar energy directly from the structure itself.
Unlike conventional renewable systems that rely on separate add-on devices, PowerHouse transforms the home into an energy-generating machine through aerodynamic geometry, optimized airflow dynamics, rooftop wind-harvesting systems, and high-efficiency solar surfaces seamlessly integrated into the architecture. The result is a new category of housing that combines sustainability, energy independence, and long-term economic value.
The project has already attracted strong academic interest. Engineering professors and researchers at several U.S. universities are actively supporting the development through technical collaboration and advisory input. We are currently planning the construction of our first prototype in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati metropolitan region.
As our research and development efforts continue, we are engaging with a select group of experienced companies to explore strategic partnerships in areas such as design, engineering, manufacturing, modular construction, licensing, and large-scale deployment.
